Passport Black-Out dates are determiend by each date's
Admission Tier
There are a few ways to check the Admission Tier for a select date:
- Visit the Resort Information page to view the current Admission Tier
- View the Resort Operating Calendar to view Admission Tiers for the next 5 months
- Call the Annual Passholder Office at (312) 988 1300to inquire about black-out dates and other passholder matters
Lost or stolen passport cards can be re-printed at any ticket booth in the Esplenade Plaza or the Will Call booth.
Fees for Re-Printing a Passport: $5
Once a passport is reprinted, the original passport card will become invalid and unusable
Passports are valid for 12-months following the first date of use. Once the 12-month period has elapsed, guests have
14 days to renew their passport through the
Passholder Portal for a discounted price.
If the passport is not renewed within the 14 day period, guests will need to purchase a new annual passport through the Ticketing Portal
All passport add-ons and upgrades expire after 12-months following their purchase. If a passport is not renewed after 14 days of its expiration, all add-ons and upgrades will be removed and cannot be transfered to a new passport.
During the 14-day post-expiration period, the Annual Passport will not grant access to Adventure Park unless renewed.
