(b) In no event shall the aggregate liability of Globe-City Parks and Resorts exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Site as well as any paid experiences including admission to Adventure Park, stays at the Lakeside Hotel or Aztech Resort, and any purchases made on resort property with resort vendors.

You agree to indemnify and hold Globe-City Parks and Resorts, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers harmless from any claims, actions, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

I agree that all ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Tickets are only valid for admission to Adventure Park. All Resident, Adventure, and Platinum Passports are valid at Globe-City's Adventure Park only. In order to gain entry to the park, a biometric fingerprint of the ticket holder will be taken at the turnstile to be used for park re-entry, when offered.
Any attempt to gain re-entry by a guest to whom the ticket was not originally issued, will result in immediate confiscation of the ticket without refund. Each visit is subject to applicable park rules and restrictions which are subject to change by park at any time in its sole discretion.

The following terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 12-Month Annual Passports ("Passports") available for Adventure Park, located within Globe-City Resort Highland. By purchasing and using any of the Passports, you agree to adhere to these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing a Passport.
1. Passports Overview
(a) We offer three types of Passports: Resident, Adventure, and Platinum. Each Passport comes with specific benefits, as outlined below.
2. Passport Purchase and Usage
(a) Passports are available for purchase at designated locations within Adventure Park, at the Esplenade Ticket Booths, and online through our website.
(b) Passport holders must present a valid Adventure Park Passport and a photo ID for initial admission to Adventure Park. On following visits passport holders will need to provide the passport as well as a biometric reading for admission to the park.
(c) Passports are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Validity
(a) Each Passport is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
(b) The Passport is only valid during regular operating hours of Adventure Park and may not be used during special events or private functions unless additional privleges have been awarded.
(c) Globe-City Parks and Resorts reserves the right to adjust operating hours, close the park for maintenance or other reasons, or deny entry due to capacity constraints.
4. Benefits and Privileges
(a) The benefits and privileges associated with each Passport type are subject to change without notice.
(b) Platinum Passport holders may receive additional benefits, including priority access, discounts, and invitations to special events. Privileges are subject to change or temporary freeze. These benefits are outlined in detail on our website. Special privileges may be revoked at any time for any reason.
5. Passport Renewal
(a) Passport holders may renew their Passports within 14 days prior to the expiration date to receive a discounted renewal rate.
(b) Failure to renew a Passport within 30 days after the expiration date will require the purchase of a new Passport at the regular price.
6. Lost or Stolen Passports
(a) In case of a lost or stolen Passport, please notify the Passholder Service Desk - (312) 988 1300 - immediately.
(b) A replacement fee will apply for lost or stolen Passports. Proof of purchase and identification will be required for replacement.
7. Park Rules and Regulations
(a) Passport holders are subject to Adventure Park's rules and regulations. Violation of these rules may result in the revocation of Passport privileges without refund.
(b) Adventure Park reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from the park for reasons including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, failure to follow park rules, and failure to comply with park staff instructions
8. Modification of Terms
Globe-City Parks and Resorts reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms, Passport benefits, pricing, and operating hours at any time. Such changes will be posted on our website.
