At any resturaunt, seek a cashier or crew member and inquire about ordering from the allergen-free menu. All allergen-free menu items are made-to-order and cannot be ordered through the mobile app.

After ordering your food, guest will be required to sign their name and item ordered at the register.

Guests Visiting with Wheelchairs or Prosthetics

For guests visiting with wheelchairs and prosthetics, we have special measures in place to ensure ease-of-access to all of our attractions, stores, and resturaunts. Guests requiring accomodations for medical conditions which may be agravated by waiting in long lines can recieve an MDA Queuing Card. More information on MDA Queuing cards can be found here.

Important Attraction Considerations

For each of our attractions, a different level of accessibility will be posted: Speak with attraction operators to make an informed decision about an attraction's accessibility requirements.

Prosthetic Limbs

Most of our attractions can accomodate guests with secured prosthetic limbs. However, due to intense ride forces or limited vehicle coverage, the following attractions require guests to remove their prosthetic limbs: Some of these attractions do not have storage for personal belongings. In these instances, attraction operators will hold your prosthetic and return it to you at your seat at the end of your experience.

Guests with Hearing Disabilities

Assistive listening devices for guests who are hard of hearing are provided at Guest Relations free of charge. For guests with mild to moderate hearing loss, amplified handsets are provided at all phone locations.

With one-week notice, sign language interpreting services will be made available in Globe-City Adventure Park at no charge. To arrange for sign language interpreting services, please contact our MDA service desk at mda.gcrh@gcpr.net or by calling (312) 988 1644

Video remote interpreting is available at Guest Relations and First Aid stations.

Guests with Vision Imparements

Show scripts are available in large font and embossed braille at Guest Services within Adventure Park

White Canes

Many attractions at Adventure Park can accommodate a guest with a white cane or provide a place to store the cane in the ride vehicle. The cane may need to be collapsed on some attractions. On attractions where a cane could become lost due to ride forces and present a potential hazard to other guests, the Attraction Attendant will hold the cane for the guest once he or she is seated. The Attendant will have the white cane available as soon as the attraction vehicle is stopped in the unload area.

Guests Visiting with Service Animals

Trained Service Animals (dogs or mini-horses only) are welcome to the Globe-City Resort Highland. Animals who do not meet the definition of a Service Animal will not be permitted in the park. Service Animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the Service Animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls.

To help you make an informed decision about your service animal’s safety, each attraction has specific entry and boarding requirements, as well as portable kennels at certain attractions. Relief areas for your service animal are also available at select locations throughout the parks. For more information, please speak with an attendant.

Attractions and Animals

Unfortunatley, service animals are not permitted on any of our moving attractions. However, all of our rides and shows are equipped with large kennels for your service animal to relax while you ride.

Emotional Support Animals are not allowed in Adventure Park. MDA-SA card is required for a service animal to enter Adventure Park
